Co Founder of Yuhme

Welcome to Episode 36 of #raisingwomenthepodcast. This week I'm talking to Alexandra Nash founder of Our Yuhme. We're talking about the difficulties of having a baby with colic and having a baby that cries a lot, the importance of having a support system in the early days and what motherhood taught her about herself. Alex talks about how she learned how to balance motherhood and work and the importance of learning to be patient and how she is building a business that gives back. It was so great to connect with Alex and I hope you will enjoy hearing her story and advice about giving yourself time.

Allow yourself time, even if it is a small amount everyday. Use your time wisely, instead of thinking you lack time
